Gym Classes focus on technique, alignment, splits, hand stands and a variety that’s meets your individual skill level and Cheer/Stunting

Gym Classes must be approved by instructor and will focus on back hand springs, aerials, back tucks, running tucks, lay outs, advanced tumbling, cheer and stunting.   


Specialty Classes

 (Back handspring)

 (Aerials, back tucks, and layouts)

 (As needed-Advanced Tumbling and stunting)
